Nothing's turned up yet. I wonder if it could be either a 1) surprise gig or 2) private party? Give me a couple more days to check with the powers that be.

LBC Show

Hi all,

The show had to be called off due to issues beyond our control, having to do with the club and the promoter. Very sorry about that. We were looking forward to a nicely self-indulgent evening to round out the '03. Regardless, we're all up for some fun on this Raveonettes tour starting Sunday. (Although a SoCal like me is going to freeze).

We may reschedule the Long Beach gig for the not-too-distant future, but we haven't figured that out yet.

Other than that, we're all excited for 2004, which appears to have a lot of activity on deck. As information comes to us, it will come to you!

Lastly, I have to give you this earnest, no b.s. message: all of you here, the core fanbase of IMAR, have gone above and beyond in '03 to help place this band on the map. It is beyond any doubt that you all were (and continue to be) a CRUCIAL FACTOR in helping us to have an auspicious beginning; we can only hope that '04 is a continuation of the flow. Big props to you, and deep, deep gratitude.

Best,
JMJ

That's great that Justin takes time out to thank everyone!

The Raveonettes Tour should be awesome! I can't wait to see you guys perform again at Fletchers in Baltimore! Although you are right, it's very cold here already. The Robots should definitely bring their (or buy) winter coats. Good luck on the mini-tour! Hopefully The Robot will come back to the east coast in 2004! You guys are awesome!!!!!
