Ticketmaster El Rey: "No más!"

draconian - 3-14-2004 at 05:08 PM

Yeah, this was mentioned by TurtleEnterprises previously, but just to let everyone who scopes out the front page, Ticketmaster is offically out of available El Rey tix.

There are likely still some left at the venue. If you're keen on making this show, I would highly suggest calling or swinging by there to pick up your tickets tonight--after the Henry Fonda performance, there's a high probability that this will be a sellout show.

Gracias:D

Have a great time everyone!

It's funny I was watching Sci-Fi yesterday and this movie called "Night of the Comet" was on, it was made in like 1986 or something. Well anyway it's about this comet hitting the Earth and turning almost everyone into dust or flesh eating zombies. Well, anyhow in the beginning the place they're in is the El Rey theater in Los Angeles (Many scenes with the theater front in it)...When I saw that I was like--how cool. It is the same one, right? Looks like an old theater?

Well, a zombie grabbed the guy and ate him, but the girl got away...totally 80's movie...but kinda funny. thought I'd share that tid-bit of info considering alot of you are going to the El Rey tonight! Don't let any flesh eating zombies get you....unless they're cute of course...:lol::lol:

No flesh eating zombies?:wow::no:

I guess the fat guy crowd surfing with his exposed crack scared them all away! Zombies don't eat crack! Except maybe creamy crack....

:lol: :lol:

Maybe Alex forgot some of the words to the songs because he got bit by one of those zombies and turned into one...so like half of his brain wasn't functioning properly... (like mine :lol::duh::lol: )

The best sci-fi movie EVER is Plan 9 from outer space.
