Herman's Hermits

Pretty damn good stuff. Another band on rotation in the office(repeatedly - one of bosses faves). But great nonetheless.

I saw them perform at the Boardwalk :D But I couldn't finish watching because my friends made me leave :(

Neuwave - 10-26-2004 at 03:52 PM

Recently? They're still around?

JunoRedneck - 10-26-2004 at 03:59 PM

Ya. But it could have been that only one of the actual original members was in the band or something. Those free Boardwalk concerts are kinda janky. The people they have are pretty random like The Shirelles, Tiffany, and Eddie Money. Those are the only ones I can remember at the moment. But they only play the one or two hit songs they made and then they play well known songs by other artists. It's pretty lame

Eddie Money Rules!

JunoRedneck - 10-26-2004 at 04:34 PM

I know! And I missed him! I was so sad

Mrs. Brown, you've got a lovely daughter.

Neuwave - 10-27-2004 at 01:56 PM

Totally Cap. I hear those all day. I've heard that Mrs. Brown song on a commercial, and never knew who it was. It's like time travel I tell ya. :)

Hehe those are cool tunes

Actually there's a rarer Herman's Hermits song called "Travellin' Light" which is one of my favorites...

Neuwave - 10-27-2004 at 02:43 PM

Our owner has the greatest hits. You think it would be on that? I could go look.

seacaptain - 10-27-2004 at 05:23 PM

I'm not sure! I've always liked the song, but I don't know if it was ever a famous one, or a greatest hit in anyway.

"No Milk Today" is also a weird one. I have no idea how I got such Herman's Hermit knowledge....

Everybody's got to love somebody sometime...
