California is not indicative of the rest of the U.S. We have it great here. We’re better educated, more creative, culturally diverse, and have access to things others may never see. The rest of the country is basically trailer parks, and farms. It’s pretty much Jerry Springer everywhere else. And, honestly..Are you calling ME mindless? I didn't call my sister mindless for voting for Kerry, even though I didn't agree..Stop thinking that anyone who voted for Bush is stupid and accept that Kerry wasn't right for the majority of the US! I seriously was not kidding about us losing our civil liberties either. It's going to happen now. You like being searched by police when they have no probable cause to do so? Good, because that's where we're headed because of this election. Blatant bigotry and discrimination is already becoming the law--proof is in all those anti-gay marriage amendments. Women will be dying unnecessarily when Roe v. Wade gets overturned. Our privacy rights will be lost, our freedoms will be curtailed or limited. It's all going to happen over the next generation or two and all because of this President winning this election right now.

If this kind of thing doesn't bother you, then I feel sorry for you. (I'm not talking to anyone in particular, btw.)
