waaah, isn´t it weird? seems like every 3rd woman would end up with breast cancer....
nicotine, smoking and birth control pill is pure toxic and improves risks of breast cancer ......but who doesn´t smoke, drink and take birth control pills???

I'm trying to quit smoking myself. I quit once for a whole year just by chewing gum whenever I had my cravings. It's pretty hard though, but for my 23th birthday coming up this Sunday, I'm making a goal to lower my smoke count a day until it's like two a day until none. If you have any suggestions for helping me, feel free.

My doctor showed me how to do it and what to look for..She told me I have firm breasts so it might be harder to really detect hard lumps..I guess I just have to squeeze them extra hard..:duh:

European size, you'd be 39 1/2 or 39.5
I think Chucks are usually in men sizes so you'd have to go a size down to get your actual shoe size.
