This article alludes to a release date of September 16, 2003. Ahh, but if you recall Filter Mag also kept the confusion alive with calling the
EP Stomping On Eggshells. Stomping On Eggshells was in the running...no idea why it lost out to Public Access...but it did.
Any guesses on the album name?

Stomping on Eggshells is better than Public Access, no? I hope that's the name of the album, myself.
