This is a strange one. Looks like the U.S. release (since no Japanese bonus tracks are on it) on cassette form--could be an illegal copy, judging by
the amateurish packaging. Anyone have any ideas?

Could have been used by the label in Japan to promote the tracks. I know they never want anything out early and hate giving out CDs as a perfect copy
of the tracks is easily ripped.
Some stupid label people have gone as far as super-gluing shut CD players and distributing the promos in the CD players, but the recipients just pried
them open and ripped the music. I've heard that they've been using more cassette tapes for promos as the steps to convert take much more
effort and the quality once converted to .mp3 is poor.
Could be a legit promo or a bootleg.
