Fuck; 330 Rich is a super-fun place to see bands... I went to an All-Nighter Soul dance there last year, and, well, ended up All-Nighter-Dancer-Drinker-Misser-Bart-Back-to-Hotel. Er. Had a fucking blast. I'm in LA (area, not proper) too. Will probably try to fly up; if not, I'll have to drive. Hmmm, got to get busy now looking into plans.

You know Southwest has those fun fares..You can do a trip to oakland and back for like 120..Wait a minute..they have a promotional fare for 29 one way!!! Here's the link!

hey guys- ill be making the trek north to san fran from down under on the 12th of jan- miss the bot by 4 days!!! argh!!!!!! can u believe it! so close, yet so far- dont suppose u guys could postpone for a few days!!! Please!!!!

Dude..Just make the trek from San Fran down to LA for one of those shows! It's only about a 6 hour drive..Straight shot down the 5 Freeway..You can do it!!!Or, better yet, drive about an hour and a half to the show at the Boardwalk in Orangevale on the 13!!!

poobs- well i have no idea of the geographic layout of california, but if orangevale is only 1 1/2 hrs from SF it could be an option- but a 6 hour drive from SF to LA on the wrong side of the road could be a little too full on for me!! is there a bus from SF to orangevale?? what time's the show?

Dude..I don't know about busses..Let me look into some stuff..I would say taking the Greyhound bus would be an option, but that might be a lot of money..I could conceivably pick you up..I have to get my babysitters all lined up and then I could figure it out..I'll let you know what I find out..:D

poobs- appreciate the effort, but if it sounds like a little too much effort on your behalf re the babysitter and all- ill look into the bus situation...if u find out any info too, let me know, cheers.
