they're really f#kin excellent! How 'atmospheric' their sound is, the lyrics are great (as far as I can assess that  ) ! I also loved Tool since their 'undertow'!

Did anyone watch APC on stage? That show was awesome! They played here with the deftones, the deftones were headliner but completely sucked. It was all the same muddy sorta slow sound all the time... But the Circle was (can't think of any other word for that) excellent, excellent, excellent! ah, I know, it's - perfect!

I liked tool a lot a few years ago.
I always wanted to do a cover of "sober", but make it sound completely diffrent.....
I never was really into A perfict circle yet, good but I just don't completely like it yet, but then again I stoped loving tool.
good stuff, to unhappy I guess ???

:saint::o:D yeah, and i know someone who has a wonderful tool!

I love Tool! And I love Maynerds voice...it's so dark and sexy! I like A Perfect Circle as well.....would love to see them when they tour here in a couple of weeks. Oh, and as far as the Deftones...I really love thier first album "Adrenaline" and their 2nd. "Around the Fur" freakin' rocks! But yeah, I lost respect on the 3rd. somewhat....got too depressing and whiney...and really lost respect for them on their latest effort....awful! I've seen them a few times in concert...yeah....his voice doesn't hold up in concert at all...on the first 2 albums he sounds incredibly hot! Well, not in concert...they don't really have much stage prescence.......but, I do still love the early stuff!

do you do the music happy?...
both these perfect circle records are cool as shizzle, ...the new one is very *special* in some way...I don't think it's unhappy ...it's got a good bit of dark humour...and the music is very 'Cure' meets an amphetamine reptile...I think its excellent...might be best tool record not called tool...chew on that :lol::lol::lol:

Danny Carey's other band Pygmy love circus is cool too..hard redneck rock with weirdo singer...more les paul rock, but different...saw them last halloween open for King Crimson...met him upstairs...just before meeting some of the other incredible muscians in the world laying their voodoo down on this night...dude...it's the drummer from MR. Mister!!!:lol::lol:

they played tonight about an hour from here...an I didn't go...one of those outdoor things......but they jammed the airwaves with a good chunk of their singles on the FM dial...I'd rather experience that in a more intimate setting...and seeing as how the Cure is touring now...I'm really getting this
feeling like I wanna see them before they are fixtures in the history books...but I did save a lot of money on my car insurance!...hahaa...jk actually I didn't, yet, they did say the Darkness, speaking of...are coming back around in June or July to a big outdoor showplace near here...and man, I'm so there...they've "grown on me"...

:o:lol: I wanna go see the Cure....ooh take me...take me! Now....The Darkness no....they haven't grown on me except to laugh. Don't think I could stomach a whole show. Ah man, I forgot A Perfect Circle were playing, wish I could have seen that as well....But, the Scissor Sisters are playing next Friday in DC...and The Genitorturers are playing here Sattaday.....hmmm....wow....I need to sneak out and see my girlfriend Gen.....:):D
