Almost every year I've wanted to go because of good bands and it's always sold out no more than 5 people in front of me...I like strokes, yyy, cypress hill, beasties, the killers.....but I'm not even going to try :D
besides I need to whatever little money I have on Warped Tour & Franz Ferdinand

I got the pre-sale info from KROQ, but since I don't live there, I deleted it..sorry..:duh: I never stand in line for tix..It's all about being online baby..That's how I got my tickets in the pit for Beck..Oh what a grand day that was..:duh:

saw beck at this crap venue near my house, it was at this outdoorsy mall type of thing. crowd sucked, sound sucked, but holy smokes was it awsome! he's so rad.

A bunch of bands, around the same time each year, on a HOT day, and the event comes around once a year

When was this Beck show? Was it recently? It sounds familiar, like he wrote about it in his journal..

KROQ puts it on..They say they're the alternative station in LA, but they play a lot of crap music..Then again, there is a lot of crap music out there anyways..
