Berkeley Show White Stripes
A very good show. I'll save more detailed comment for when the Kinko's clock isn't racing against me.
Ima Robot played and awesome set and the White Stripes fans were very welcoming. The pinnacle of the set was STD Dance. There was clearly an energy
given off by the crowd that the band revirberated back two-fold and vice versa. This keep growing and growing and growing. It was really a trip to
be there in the middle of it.
Unfortunately, I was not able to wrangle a photo pass...so hopefully someone else out there was able to get a couple pics for the gallery.
Ohh yeah...Sexy was played again. I think that makes for the second time that one has been played.
more later when it's not $0.20/min..

Berkeley Greek Show
We're headed to the San Jose airport soon (and yes, we do know the way), so this is going to be brief, but the show last night opening for the
White Stripes was over the top excellent--those of you who have been to the Greek in Berkeley know that it is a very different venue from the tiny
rooms that Ima Robot usually plays...and the larger stage brought out the best in the band.
It was like seeing a different Ima Robot--there was more crowd interaction than I've ever seen, and everyone seemed really comfortable playing
off of the energy. "Sexy" got a play - it's a rarity so we were happy to get another copy on the bootleg.
Bought a couple copies of the album, the artwork is fantastical and the CD quality a definite improvement over any online version we've heard.
Go out and buy this thing fresh.
Oh and the .'netters should feel gratified by the nice thank you given to the "imarobot.net family" in the liner notes--everyone who
has added to the Lyrics page, posted a review, sent us pics, or videotaped/bootlegged a show has helped this site immensely--Phobiac and I thank all
you guys very much!
Okay, gotta hit the road. I'll see if I can find any show reviews later.

Wow! That's really nice.
Though we all know they basically just mean you two.

Nah, it really goes to everyone--the .netters at the video shoot, at the chickenCon (and raffle), everyone who has contributed to the cause...usually
for nothing more than some promos and a snappy member title!

It's really anyone who was stoked enough to post or pass along the word that Ima Robot is sweeeeeeet; anyone who does so in the future. I can
name so many people off the top of my head that have gone to some pretty crazy measures to pass on the good word about Ima Robot.
ImaRobot.net is just the place to do it, but the thanks, as I see it, are to all and anyone who contributes on this board and there are alot.
