You guys, I am seriously deficient. Went to see the Minneapolis show tonight (more like this late afternoon) and missed half of it.

Good advice: Get there when doors open to ensure you do not miss this experience!

On a brighter note, I met a lot of cool Minneapolis fans who were, like me, there to see Ima Robot. The word, such as it is, is seeping out. And they made a lot of new fans tonight with their performance.

No bootleg due to mortification over how late I was arriving, but plenty of good pics should be up tonight.

I am a fuck-up. I got there a little after 6pm and they were in the middle of STD Dance.

oh geez. i am sorry to hear that. i cant believe they go on that early. my friends and i are going to have to book it down there. and the cubs are playing the playoff just blocks away so it's going to be a nightmare. do they normally record the shows, draconian?

I'm pretty sure they have a copy of all of the shows--actually they have been playing pretty much the same set thus far so the boots wouldn't be as coveted, still, it's a loss.

Definitely plan to get there before doors, then; I'm going to post a short note on the Hot Hot Heat board so that some of the people there who I know were itching to see Ima Robot show up sufficiently early.
