ALEX JOURNAL - [ 4-25-2004 ]
Leaving MTV tour tonight for Europe. Mixed feelings. I'll miss the static and the chore of battling that dreadfull mid-western stare that
invariably turned to a million middle fingers. I'll miss the skin-thickening ³boo²s and the character-building ³you suck²s showering our stage.
I'll miss the backwards caps and thick necks and the invitations to get my ass kicked after the show. I'll miss these things because I
survived them. Sure, I left some victims in my wake - I'll probably remember them the best.
I'll miss the southern states, who shocked me with their amazing open-mindedness, and friendly spirit. Long Live The Bible Belt! I'll miss
the girl I just met with the freshly-inked tattoo of our logo and lyrics! I'll miss the boys in Lost Prophets, who supported us beyond the call
of duty and who became true friends of ours. I'll miss all of the friends made, some of whom I will see again, and some of whom I will likely
not... I've said it before and I'll say it again - life is strange... Goodnight my friends, dream of blue and gold. Because that's
what's on the menu this evening.

I'm glad it's over for them.
Ima didn't deserve crud like that.
How stupid. I get it if they hate the band, fine, (like I care) just don't be an ass about it.

i gotta a feeling, i was saying the other night in a drunken rant, that ImaR will never hit the big time. It brings a lump to my throat when i say it,
but i think they'll stay pretty cult. I hope not, as i want everyone to hear them but, at least over in the UK, i think they're gonna be
pretty small
