Yes, strange but true. We are still trying to hunt down a place to purchase it. If you have the energy, go to DJ Martian's site and filter through all the record shop links until you locate it. He has a plethora of links, though, so be prepared for some aggravation.

Still no luck hunting down the Alive EP. Really strange.

Maybe we should voice our support for the band at least taking a few cartons of the EP out on the Mtv and Warped Tours to sell at the merch table, if that's kosher.

Tomorrow I am going to a bunch of record stores, I will see if they can order the Alive EP, if so, I will ask where they got it from and I will post the info on here.

Sorry to break it to y'all, but it looks like there will not be a commercial release of this thing. Until we hear otherwise, huddle close with your loved ones, look to the heavens, and hold your copies close to your collective hearts.

i have an Alive EP, they were sold at the Salt Lake City show. Although i dont' believe they were available on tour before that.

I found it amusing that on the back it clearly states "Licensed for promotional use only. Not for sale." ...yet they were indeed selling them with the rest of the merch. I wish I'd known, as it is, I only have one

i'm not sure, that's the only distinguishing factor i can come up with.

Virgin "recalled" the Alive EP because of concern it would interfere with sales of the full-length release. The Alive EP was only sold at shows in Colorado and Utah before the release was delayed indefinitely.

The Alive EP was on sale at Warped Tour in Dallas yesterday, still going for 5 bucks. It does clearly state on the back that it is only for premotional use. Pretty odd stuff... If I knew it was this rare yesterday I would have bought 3 or 4.

Yeah it has 4 tracks: Alive, Sine Your Life Away, STD Dance, and Ages of Ruin.

I hope when Wapred Tour comes to Vancouver they still have some Alive eps. I won't be here but I will get my friend to get me a couple.
