tonight's the night! I'll post about the show the next time I can use a computer in a room that doesn't smell like dog piss..:duh:

At least you finally found a place. Let us know what they were like, sans-Pete. We're seeing them tomorrow at the El Rey.

So what did you think, Drac? I thought they sounded awesome..It was a great show..The only thing that bothers me about some bands is that they have no interaction with the audience! They barely said anything! Although, they did give some guy a beer and gave some lame chick some matches..But, all in all, a fun show..:D

And, yes I'm lame, but who is Pete anyways?:duh:

Remember the guy at Coachella who wore the denim jacket throughout their set, even though it was sweltering? The original guitar player. He was the voice on most of their recordings, but I heard they were going back to the studio and re-recording everything as Pete's been booted. Drinking and stealing and all sorts of debauched behavior.

They were pretty good last night, anyway - Carl sounded like he was ready to be the main frontman, but I have to admit, I like Pete's vocals a lot better. They took a lot of breaks in between songs to recover, understandable since they play everything at breakneck pace! The drummer is unreasonably talented, I think he keeps everything together.

Yep..I remember that guy..And I knew that the voice was different from the album! And now I know why! So was that a new guitar player? He was adorable..

I thought they were getting Dave Milone from the band Ours, but from what I have heard this guy was a guitar tech of theirs.
