so i know the guys in the US have got the rapture supporting the mars volta, but in britain and europe why not take ima robot? they are not that dissimilar in sound/attitude(well....) but in defence of my argument (why tmv could take ima) on the last tour they had a band called 'j.r. ewing' who where sweedish and very punkie/garagy. it makes sense. what do u think?

Weelll, I see how the match is good, but Ima Robot is in the U.S. through a lot of November, when the Volta is in the U.K. They'll likely use a band who can be there for all those November dates.

I'm guessing the headliner needs to be in Europe December or January.
