Basement Jaxx

So who has the new CD? I am almost ready to buy it based on the single with Siouxsie Sioux alone, but am curious to know if the rest of the record matches those heights.

Anyone have it?

As it stands, I'm still listening to the Ladytron comp, Softcore Jukebox. Shocking Blue's "Send Me A Postcard" is a fave, as well as the Nancy Sinatra/Lee Hazlewood "Some Velvet Morning" track.

man, have you heard the track with dizzee rascal (uk east london 18yr old rapper) it is class. 'lucky star'. i have heard a few tracks, but i dont own it yet. its a first for me, liking the 'jaxx because the older stuff always seemed a bit simple and repetative, whereas this one sounds quite innivotive.

hey, does anyone own the mark ronson album? i bought that day of release, and now its massivE!!!!! its soo good, and guest stars including nate dogg, ghost face, rivers coumo and loads more!!! check it out

The Mark Ronson album is great. Start to finish, one of the better mixes I have heard in recent memory. good call.

Drac, I have a TON of Nancy Sinatra/Lee Hazelwood action if you're in need. Plus most of Nancy Sinatra's solo albums.

Nice. I am just discovering them right now. Don't know what took me so long. Maybe we can arrange a trade of some sort.

Lee Hazlewood kicks ass! He's as cool as it gets.
