Winning Days announced by The Vines, finally.

I felt like I was on the beach, by a campfire with Annette Funicello, Frankie Avalon and the Beach Boys once the song kicks in. I like it. I liked the last albumn they put out also. They're a fun band.

Ride is the first single. (Fuck The World on their site but I believe only for advance promo purposes). I bet Winning Days is number two or three off that album...Phobes, would you believe I still need to get my video treatment pitch in to Capitol, arrgghhhhhh--cannot put it off any longer.

I heard that there used to be some really cool Vines video/audio in the download center. What happened?
I was hoping there would be some songs from the Nottingham Performance.

I do not really like them. I've heard 'Get Free' and 'Outtathaway' too often in my favorite club. There are lots of better 'the'-bands.

The new tunes somehow remind me of Nada Surf.

that was back when we had zero information on Ima Robot--didn't know the band member's names, if they had a record deal, etc. So we had to put some filler on the site. When the Ima Robot news started filtering in, we made the transition to pure Ima Robot.

Phobes still has some of those old Vines songs floating around somewhere, however you can get much much more over at www.the-vines.net.

drac, is correct. Currently, the download center is pure Ima Robot.

However, I am excited about The Vines next album. I hope it brings another experience of party'in on their tour bus with drac, Patrick, Hamish, Ryan and Craig. Those guys and their "stimulants" are really insane!!!
