For my video production course I'm going to be creating a music video. Now the idea Elsa (my girlfriend) and I hatched involves having large segments
of the video be people singing along to the song. Now don't worry you don't actually have to be able to sing cause the audio from the song is what I
plan on being used so you can just lip-sync it.
Now I'd like to mostly see people in groups all singing together outside. My hope is to get scenery from all over the world from college campuses to
mountain ranges to Central Park in New York, to the beach, etc, etc. Also if you and your friends are feeling extra adventurous you can videotape
yourselves moshing, fighting, in other words just going nuts and tearing shit up.
Please use the best quality equipment you can get your hands on. A decent DV camera on a tripod is probably your best bet to shoot a decent quality
video. I’d also prefer the video to be sent in either mpeg 2, QuickTime, or avi formats. At this time the best way to submit videos would to be to
upload the file(s) to
http://megaupload.com and then either PM me or post the link in this thread.

Feel free to get as creative as you wish. Primarily I’ll be using footage for the chorus so if you want to just do that part it is fine. You can do
the whole song or any of the verses, whatever part moves you. When the project is completed, I’ll upload the video for all to see and enjoy.
