The Mentalist (i love simon baker! hahah he's great!)
Community (the guy from the soup is awesome, the brunette chick is cute, and the chevy chase is classic!)
Aqua Teen (the new season is so awesome. seriously they get better as time goes on)


also....still no luck getting a job. i've had a few interviews here and there. i was supposed to hear back from the dude at Jamba Juice today for a 2nd interview. never happened. haha FML

I love how my parents want me to find a job right this second in the photography field, but in today's economy..(especially michigan) how in the world am I supposed to find a job that doesn't involve weddings and senior portraits...or baby photos

sara, my mom is just as bad. they just don't understand that an entry-level creative position is basically non-existent. but at least you are still in school, and don't reeeally have to worry about job stuff yet. you'll do fine to just build your portfolio for now, i'd say.

Parents just don't understand..

My mom acts like it's so easy to get a job.."Just..Go out and get one!"..OH! Is THAT all it takes! You're a fucking genius! In the meantime, I'm in school and in the midst of a Buffy the Vampire Slayer marathon..

Oh..And NBC'S Thursday night's line-up is pure awesomeness from 8-10..And then you have Project Runway! Ugh..I love T.V.

as for Neck. dude, no one wants to get served food or drinks from a beatnik. id be terrified if there was a stray hair in my smoothie. so dont expect a call. if you REALLY want a job, you might have to at least get rid of that birds nest on your face and tie the hair back. its a lot easier to let your freak flag fly after you have the job. shit, as soon as i got hired at Puma i started growing a beard. i waited till i had the job.

That and you have to be extremely persistent. Even though they say they are going to call you, you better call them first. If they say they haven't made a decision yet, you call them again the next day. Prove to them you want a job.

At one of the barns I work at, I went there probably 5 or 6 times, just looked around let the manager know I was looking for a job talked with people helped little kids with there horses and it took the manager about a month to officially hire me. And that was me showing up for work and eventually they gave me a job.

Now I know barns work way differently then most places, I dont think you can just go behind the counter of McDonalds and start dishing out food, but you get the point.

Haha! I've done the food service thing! But it was Noah's so it was super fun..I'm working now..Just need more hours..

Neck - Going to school, so far, to get an AA doing Medical shit..Like billing and coding and such nonsense..It doesn't excite me but I just want a degree! We'll see if I change my focus down the line..

I feel unorganized, i need to find the happy medium of splitting up the demos into sections, with not to many and not to few.

Also, i have no idea what to do with the Edward Sharpe live stuff... I could almost split it up by song i have so many. I don't have enough from each show to sort it by show either.
