I live in Minneapolis, but would love to hear them play at some point! I read about them somewhere, isn't the lead singer an actor or some such?

I like my shirt!
Searchlights on the skyline
Just looking for a friend
Who\'s gonna love my baby
When she\'s gone around the bend
Egyptian bells are ringing
When it\'s her birthday
Sweet nothin\', I\'m talking about you
There\'s a hurricane blowing your way
Ooh such a beautiful way
To break your heart
Ooh such a beautiful way
To break your heart
There\'s someone calling your name
It\'s driving you insane

Yeah.. Donovan (singer) is the son of 60's singer Donovan and he's an actor as well as model.. Jason Nesmith is the son of Monkey Mike
Nesmith and Nigel if i remeber is the nephew of someone from UFO or Journey something like that anyways.. They truly were fucking brilliant.. Like
Spacehog They were English lads come good in the States.. They had two albums .. The first being the brilliantly named "Promosexual" and the
second "Nancy boy".. The first time i heard ImaRobot straight away i thought Nancy Boy.. I went to New York one cold November a few years
back just to see them play at the Limelight.. Got there and it was canceled ..
Went back in the spring and saw them play at Don Hills... Please someone go to this i can't say it enough.. Fucking Briliant.. :D

Oh yes. I read a description of them at one point and actually it sounded exactly like a description of Ima Robot.
Donovan the Elder is one of my all-time favorite performers.
Still a big fan of Spacehog, though I believe they are defunct.
I think Donovan Lietch is married to a model, ack, can't remember her name but she's very stringlike.
So Nancy Boy is on my "to buy" list...

Nancy boy really were great and yeah he married a super model.. Like the time i saw Spacehog at the Bowery Ballroom and Liv Tyler kept bugging me
Donovans super model wife wouldn't leave.. yeah right..

 yeah, why
do all these hot guys want to have sex with a bag o" bones? Can someone please answer this for me.....alot of them have an ass of a 14 year old
boy, weigh 90 lbs. at 5' 10" and have breast implants. You know most of them live on a diet of cigarettes and coffee to speed up their
matabolism....that's kinda sad. They kinda look coat hangerish..... |

Wow Dyler, you've been to Don Hills? I've been there a couple of times many years ago...such a craphole...but always cool events there. They
use to (and I'm sure they still do if they're open) have drag queen nights.....Mistress Formica..... I was able to hit the Cat Club when
that was open as well, way back in the early nineties......oh the people you'd see there.....so much fun!
here is a guy named Pat who's in Psychotica......believe it or not, when he's all undone he's absolutely gorgeous...I believe he was
doing the Club Makeup thing for a while.....

Hey Dyler.....I just saw a photo on the net of Nancy Boy and was wondering if Nigel is formally of The London QuireBoys? I'm pretty sure I
recognize him from them. I saw them way back when at a club called HammerJacks in Baltimore. I loved the way they dressed....and I love "Seven
O'Clock"...I can still listen to that song and get giddy...

Spider Club is invitation-only. So if you're not on "the list" you can't get in.
