SWWWEET i just spent like an hour and a half putting alll the songs on the old 4shared site.... thats going to be a bitch to do all over again.

Yeah i'll put a lot up. I'm gonna delete a lot of the demos and stuff off the 4shared so we can make it public.

okay. so. i went on mine earliar. and it said 216 ima robot files. and now it says 163. that's alot gone. and victory is gone too. can someone repost the mp3 of victory up there. i didnt' have a chance to download it

i'd like to make a note that i dont do anything with any downloading of music or what not, ive never logged on to SKG's 4shared ever (no offence) I just dont do that stuff......I never have. And as far as album art?....well I dont even know if all my album art is correct.

That's exactly why there's that new one.... So rarities and new demos get posted on it, and the general public get's directed to the old one and doesn't get access to a vast number of the songs. Make sense?

I just have never done any of that. I like things basic. Justy gives me my muisc because I dont download. It's to slow/confusion for me. I dont want to have to keep up with album art on that site because I dont even know what 1/2 the album art is on the ones we have. I just like to look and browse. That makes me happy.

yup. Imakfried did it. Now i don't have victory . And justy worked hard to organize mine and imakfried just messed up a quarter of his work.

Becuase the new one is gonna be the main one for all the songs and the old one is gonna be a public one for all those people that join the forums and instantly ask for the password. Got it?

But i feel like anyone (anyone as in the 15ish that are regulars around here) should be able to upload and download as they please. just when they do upload put it in a folder called recently uploaded or something. its no big deal if there's a few unorganized ones, i can handle that

ALSO, why start a new one when the old one is completely up to date?

All we should do is change the password on old 4shared.com account and give it to the regulars here, make a code word or something for 4shared and then noobs will never know the difference and by the time they find out there's a code word they will be regular enough to have the password.

Although I'm a person that would let anyone and everyone have the password, the only downside to that is having things deleted. so we do have to be careful.

...now that i think of that... why isn't there a password protected section of the forums with the songs in it? OH... that would most likely slow down the site wouldent it?... thats only if the files are hosted on this web site though... UHHH im confusing myself.

See the way i saw this is a limited amount of demos get put on 1 for shared account that is given to anybody that asks for it and the limitedaccess@imarobot.net account is for those select people and has every demo released on it for use by the people that were given the login for it.
