Want to be in a video? Ima Robot will be shooting their video for Dynomite this Friday, June 27th. Imarobot.net has been given the opportunity to provide passage for some lucky .net’ers to be extras in the video. The group size is limited so first come first serve and pleases don’t request access if you can’t make it as others will want your spot.

The location will be somewhere around Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City. Email me (phobiac@imarobot.net) your first and last name as well as a telephone number and email address by 12PM this Thursday, June 26th. Direction will follow. The video shoot will be from around 11AM to 3PM on Friday, June 27th.

The video is being directed by Roman Coppola and will feature Ima Robot performing Dynomite in a small club setting. Get ready to rock out. Roman Copploa has done videos for The Strokes, The Vines, Phantom Planet, Air, Fatboy Slim, Moby, Daft Punk. The Presidents of the United States of America…the list goes on.

I had an awesome time as well. It was nice meet phob and some other people. It was also cool to chill with Riff and Poopbanut as always.

I got roughed up a bit and got a little sunburned, but it was all GRAVY. The band was great. Those guys know how to rock the fuck out.

Oh, and I'm a member of this BBS now. PHAT.

Oh yeah , got some cool video. As soon as I recover from the Earthlink party, and get some work done today, I should have all Sunday to go through , and capture some stills to post up. Should be some doosies. So cool Roman Coppola was using same video editing techniques as me(Reverse that :D), but with way better equipment. (nice to know I'm on the right track). Duuuuude!! Could the whole band be any cooler? Just dawned on my I haven't met Oliver yet, and he's doing some insane shizno on the guitar. Don't get me started on that Spinach stuffed Salmon w/green beans, and rice pilaf.:D

Ok I couldn't wait. I'm watching it before I go to work. My favorite part is Justin doin the riff to "Looks That Kill" by The Crue. This is exactly what I wanted it's like kickin it at a jam session wit da boys. Tim was doing something in between takes that was simply sick.

It was so damn fun! And Justin was so kick-back and seemed really appreciative that we were all there..I was bummed to leave early..Anyone stay till the end? It'll be interesting to see the final product and to say, "Hey! That's my hand in the air!!":D

You can't do much better than an Ima Robot video shoot during the day and a Beck show in the evening. Even meeting Zsa Zsa Gabor the next day would be a downer.
