Hey guys, head over to the link that JPG provided. Sign Up For The Mailing List. Register in the Forums please!
We need some people to start spreading the word and getting some other Edward Sharpe Fans registered.
Do we have a Minister of Propaganda yet JPG? A Pronouncer of Promulgation?

It looks great, Phobiac! SO does that mean the Edward Sharpe section here will shut down or migrate to the Zeros site? I fully support but I'm not
excited about having two forums to check, is there any way our .net logins could transfer over?

Thx.
I think just migrate to the Zeros site. There are so many issues with epxorting and then importing to the new site, that a clean slate just makes
more sense.
[start ramble]
It will be worth checking the zeros site and given how Timmy The Terror is offloading everything Ima Robot...I wondering if we will every see Ima
Robot again. I mean....how can Alex change persona like that. I understand ES&TMZ to Alexander...but back to Ima Robot? You need I time machine
to travel from the 60's to the 80's and back to the 60's.

That thought did creep into me a few days ago, that maybe they were hanging up their hats, given the massive uploads. I'd be more surprised by that
now than a couple years ago when it got real slow, I think. Wasn't it not too long ago when Alex said something along the lines of, "ima robot will
always be around. Tim, Filip and I will always want to find time to make music, whenever we have the chance." The Zeros were already super popular at
that point, so I wonder what could possibly have changed since then.
I like a lot of elements of the new site; B&P (haven't heard that term in a while!) and the Live Listening especially. But I'm gonna drag my feet
a little bit longer, I think.

I'll say this, I was talking to a couple of the guys from the band "The Dance Party" that recently recorded with Tim, and we got to talking about the
band and touring and such, and they seemed pretty convinced a real return of Ima Robot was unlikely, citing their age as being a factor. I can
understand that; they might have just gotten to a point where pop music seemed unappealing artistically. Odd though, considering The Dance Party plays
similar music, only poppier.
Your twisted change is normal, gossip dirt.

Well I do think Alex will be making music his entire life, how many bands he will go through? I could imagine many.

Ima Robot 4Ever! But yep, I kinda felt that Tim was sort of just looking through his Ima memories one day and decided to let us (the peeps who would
appreciate them) have a look (listen?) at them as well.

I think we may be reading too far into it. Timmy likes the idea of giving music and art away for free, and he wanted to set an example for his new
site by giving away something that at least a few of us here would value highly. I don't think it means anything about the future of the band. IMA
isn't a pop or party band anymore, and, yeah, I doubt they'll do much, if any touring again. It seems to me that the band has become music that they
make for themselves.
Yeah, I'm holding onto a dream here, but kind of playing devil's advocate a little bit, too. Sure, things have changed but I don't think it's over.
And I really hope there's good spam control!

when he first posted about uplaoidng the disco, i said that I hope this doesnt mean Ima Robot is breaking up, and timmy replied that they weren't it
was just a way to reach the fans this new year.... but in any case I do agree i doubt they will be touring at all really, though I cant imagine we
wont be seeing some new albums in the future, maybe just some web releases. whatever i fine with me.

It's pretty good; whether it's via registration or post administration that spammers should hit up the board too badly...but they are already trying
to register...to get their links in the members list section...just not posting.

Well, I'm holding out for ONE more tour. It would suck completely missing out on my favorite band completely. Just a couple of oldies live, and I can
die a happy man.

Nothing from New Community Management. I think they bailed on the idea. Dane was helpful with getting the Facebook Key, but nothing at all after
that. So, that's what they contributed.
