Thanks to Barz for letting us know that IMA Robot will be taking the stage at Spaceland October 11th at 11:30pm. Those of you who were at some of the packed Viper Room shows know to arrive early anyway to ensure you get in (cough--Neuwave).

Also, the band is listed on the Derby site as Ima Rocket, which is funny but wrong. I think Phobiac has clued them in already. Still no word on advanced ticket sales...

So do we pay at the door of Spaceland or do we get them online? I've never been, so I'm not hip to the process..:D

Usually they offer the option of buying by phone or online, but the last time I went there were only like four people who had gone through that process. It was for Smokey and Miho, I think. Most people were buying tickets at the door.

I just worry that the buzz on Ima Robot is sufficient to fill up the place fast. But since there's no online sale up (yet), I'm thinking arrive before 10, definitely, especially if there's an opening band.

Oh totally..That is sooo way past my bedtime..:D
